MP 8000.

 

Mã SP107-5801 clea xóa toàn bộ bộ nhớ của máy, mã này ko đc sử  dụng nhiều, kể cả thợ, trừ khi bất đắc dĩ mới dùng. Để đặt lại khổ giấy… SP107-5131-0, 5024-0… cần phone bên mình hướng dẫn cụ thể hơn. Chúc bạn thành công!

sau khi thay cuộn giấy lau máy photo mP 7500 vẫn báo lỗi SC550

Sau khi thay xong cuộn giấy lau vào SP107-1902-đặt 0# mà vẫn báo lỗi, thì ktra vệ sinh kỹ sensor cuộn giấy lau, cần báo sesor, đặc biệt dây rắc cắm bị lỏng nhé, hoặc tiếp xúc đuôi cụm sấy vào sườn máy kém

Ricoh 1060 thường bao lỗi SC864. xuât hiện thêm lỗi SC 672, 

máy RC1060 thường xuyên báo lỗi SC864: Lỗi đường truyền tín hiệu ổ cứng, vào Sp107-5832- xóa fomat lại ổ cứng không được  nên thay mới ổ cứng. Còn lỗi SC672: Lỗi Ram, tháo ram ra lau vệ sinh khe ram, nặng lỗi boad main controllor

máy ricoh 7500 bắt đầu bật lên máy cứ kêu nhưng không khởi động phải tắt đi bật lại thì máy khởi động nhưng lại báo lỗi 542 và xoá lỗi 542 tắt đi bật lại.

Kêu có nhiều bộ phận gây ra, bánh răng chéo ống điếu hồi thải, (SP107-5804-028 test cụm trống), 5804-031: cụm sấy, -053: cụm từ… Còn máy hay báo lỗi SC542: Bạn cần ktra ổn áp ko ổn định, nếu điện 120v nên cắm điện vào 120V, cắm 100V hay lỗi vậy, vệ sinh sensor nhiệt bẩn kém, bóng sấy già yếu cũng là nguyên nhân.

 khả năng lỗi boad nguồn hoặc boad controllor có vấn đề. Còn lên màn hình báo lỗi SC542,555… xoá lỗi bật lại mới được thì bạn cần ktra ổn áp nguồn điện có ổn định không? Cảm biến nhiệt bẩn két mực, sấy xước điểm cảm biết nhiệt cũng gây lỗi trên. 

màn hình không hiện lên là hỏng ổ cứng có phải không? 

Hiện tượng màn hình không lên, tối… có vài nguyên nhân: hỏng nguồn, hỏng màn hình, boad controller, ổ cứng ít liên quan (trừ khi chập ổ cứng, ít khi xảy ra), mà dòng Ricoh không cần ổ cứng vẫn chạy bình thường, ko có chế độ copy 2 mặt thôi

 Bóng chữ như vậy có 2 nguyên nhân! nguyên nhân thứ nhất là cụm trống, gạt mực, mực cụm trống tắc… nguyên nhân thứ 2 là cụm sấy, bạn đã thay lô sấy, khẳng định sấy tốt, bạn cần ktra cảm biết nhiệt… Nếu 1 trong 2 nguyên nhân kia không xảy ra thì chắc chắn điện ổn áp của bạn có vấn đề, không đủ dòng điện. chạy điện 100-110v hay bị tình trạng trên. Cần chạy điện áp 120v-công suất 1,85kw trở lên. 

MP 6000 phô tô không ra chữ chỉ có giấy trắng 

 máy MP6000 photo không ra chữ, trắng tinh bản tin! Bạn in test ra xem, nếu có chữ thì phần hệ thống quang bạn có vấn đề, cần ktra hệ thống gương, thấu kính, boad thấu kính, scan… Còn nếu in test vẫn trắng bản in bạn cần ktra kỹ cụm từ lắp vào đã khớp chuẩn với Drum chưa, nhông bánh răng từ, cụm từ, thanh cao áp nạp chập cũng là nguyên nhân,hệ thống laze, lỗi boad ổ cứng, hình ảnh

máy 1060 chạy 2 mặt trên adf bị mờ một góc mặt trên , chạy dưới gương thì ok . em đã kiểm tra vệ sinh gương và thay cả gương trên nhưng vẫn bị. các anh giúp em với ạ, cảm ơn các anh ạ.

 Máy AF1060 chạy 2 mặt trên ADF bị mờ 1 góc, chạy dưới gương thì ok. Nhưng đã thay cả gương trên vẫn bị! lỗi chỉ nằm ở cụm đèn mặt 2 trên ADF, nhưng khả năng cao cả boad đèn vẫn bị lỗi boad ADF ít khi xay ra trường hợp vậy. 

 máy mp 6001 hay bị hao từ đã kiểm tra đèn xóa vẫn sáng. cụm tù không bị thất thoát mà vân bị hao từ ạ.

questionChạy nhiều thì từ cũng bị hao mòn kém dần!Ktra các phớt từ, đầu trục từ có bị rơi vãi từ không, chất lượng mực từ, drum kém là nguyên nhân chính. Đặt chế độ điện áp từ, drum trong code cao quá cũng là nguyên nhân.

máy AF 2060 in 2 mặt, photo 2 mặt trên kính hoặc ADF thì đều mờ mặt 2, còn mặt 1 thì nét ok. Mong nhận được giúp đỡ (Máy mới thay beo). 

 máy AF2060 in 2 mặt, hoặc photo mặt kính lẫn nắp ADF đều có hiện tượng mặt 1 rõ, mặt 2 mờ hơn. Bạn đã thay Belt mới! Nguyên nhân chính dẫn tới hiện trạng trên vẫn đang nằm ở cụm belt Bạn cần vệ sinh ktra kỹ cụm belt, lá belt thay mới đã chuẩn chưa, boad cao áp tách trong cụm belt, các dây rắc đầu tiếp xúc trục cao áp trong khung xương belt… 

máy ricoh MP7500 nếu cứ photo chạy hàng mấy trăm tờ không sao nhưng khi dừng lại chạy tiếp là y như rằng cuốn vào lô ép, gỡ ra chạy tiếp hàng trăm tờ nữa nhưng cứ ngưng lại là lại bị cuốn vào lô ép, em đã thay giấy dầu mới mà vẫn bị. 

 Bạn có máy MP7500 khi chạy dừng lại chạy tiếp là dính vào lô ép! Bạn ktra lô ép có bị nhăn dính mực ko, vòng bi ép có bị dơ ko? lô sấy có kém tróc xước ko? sensor nhiệt bẩn đo nhiệt sai? Cách trị dứt hiện tượng như trên bạn nên thay mới Lô ép nhé, sấy, cảm biến nhiệt kém cũng thay luôn nhé.

Ricoh 2075 kéo nhiều tờ giấy lên một lúc, chỉ ở khay 1 

 Bạn thay khớp từ 1 chiều và bánh giữ tách giấy to (bánh số 3) đi nhé. ko đc bị nhông, bánh răng cục zơle hít nâng bánh số 3 đó nhé. Đó là nhưng nguyên nhân chính dẫn tới việc kéo nhiều từ một lúc bạn nhé. 

Máy Mp 6500. Khi photo 2 mặt trên ADF thì mặt 1 mờ , mặt 2 nét, photo dưới kính thì 2 mặt như nhau. 

 máy MP6500 của bạn khi photo 2 mặt trên ADF thì 1 mặt mờ, 1 mặt nét; còn photo dưới mặt kính thì 2 mặt như nhau. Đồng nghĩa với hiện tượng bệnh trên của bạn đang nằm ở cụm nắp kéo tự động ADF. Bạn cần ktra vệ sinh lại cụm đèn mặt 2 trong nắp ADF, boad đèn mặt 2 đang bị lỗi 

máy Ricoh 6500, khi photo thì bị mờ phía đầu văn bản (Mình đã bù từ nhưng tình hình không cải thiện) còn in trực tiếp từ PC thì không vấn đề?

Máy MP8001 của bạn khi khởi động có kêu các bánh răng ở cụm sấy! xong chạy bình thường phải không bạn. Như vậy máy bạn hoàn toàn ko có vấn đền gì nhé, nguyên lý hoạt động của dòng máy này là vậy bạn nhé, cụm sấy khởi động hệ thống bánh răng lau trục lô ép sẽ khởi động quay nên phát ra tiếng kêu, nhưng ko to lắm đâu. Bạn vào SP107-5804-031 (ktra hệ trống truyền tải bánh cụm sấy là sẽ rõ nhé).

 Máy bạn Ricoh 1060 bật máy lên nhận 4 khay giấy! Bạn cần ktra lại boad nguồn đi nhé, cầu chỉ nguồn nhé.

máy ricoh af 2060 photo giấy a3 chỉ được một nửa tờ đầu còn nửa tờ sau luôn bị hai, ba vết nhăn dọc rất khó chịu, đã thay sấy, ép, đánh sạch dao hướng giấy nhưng vẫn bị, trước thì không bị, thời gian này mới bị?

 máy Ricoh AF2060 của bạn photo giấy A3 bị nhăn phía đuôi! đã thay lô ép, sấy! Bạn cần ktra thay lô sấy ép chuẩn chưa? vs kỹ thanh hứng giấy vào nâng hạ góc ngẩng cho phù hợp loại giấy? Ktra kỹ bạc sấy bi ép có bị vỡ dơ bi bạc ko? sensor kém, nhiệt độ sấy cao quá, vào sp107-1105 giảm bớt nhiệt độ. Mùa này ẩm ướt giấy rất kén, là nguyên nhân chính, bạn cần sấy giấy thay giấy mới xem. 

MP6000 báo (functional problem detected press restart after). khởi động lại thì báo lỗi SC490, tắt đi khoảng 5 phút bật lại thì làm việc bình thường. Nhưng photo được khảng 500 tờ thì lại tiếp tục báo như trên. 

 ricoh Mp6000 khởi động báo SC490: Lỗi quạt gió chính. Bạn ktra vệ sinh kỹ quạt gió chính (Quạt gió to phía sau máy trước cụm sấy nhé), nếu nặng hơn thì lỗi boad chính PCU bị chợp chờn. 

máy mp 7500 khi khởi động lên nó báo lỗi sc 345, tắt máy khởi động lại thì hết, những lâu lâu nó lại báo lại?

 MP7500 báo SC345: Lỗi cao áp từ. cần ktra tiếp xúc giữa trục từ tiếp với lá đồng nằm ngay sườn máy (tháo phía sau, tháo đĩa, cụm motor từ ra là sẽ tháo đc lá đồng tiếp xúc truyền điện áp vào trục từ) tháo lá đồng ra rủa sáng lại là ok. Hoặc ktr xem tháo nắp sau ra còn bị báo ko

 vấn đền về máy ricoh 1075 bị như sau: photo ghép 2 tờ 1 mặt thành 1 tờ 2 mặt thì bị lệch mặt 2 và mất chữ mặt 2.mất khoảng 2cm ở phía trên?

Trước tin bạn cần in 2 mặt và chạy 2 mặt trên mặt kính xem có bị lệch và mất chữ phía trên ko? nếu đều bị lệch thì bạn cần ktra vệ sinh kỹ cụm đảo 2 mặt dduplexx nhé, bị lệch xéo bẩn, cần vệ sinh kỹ lắp chuẩn nhé. Bạn cần vào mà SP-107-3901 đặt OFF 1 tắt chế độ tự động đo điện áp trống từ đi nhé, là sẽ ko bị nhảy thông số nữa nhé.

• When the bottom plate is lifted, the upper limit sensor does not come on for 18 s.
• When the bottom plate is lowered, the lower limit sensor does not come on for 18 s.
• After lift begins, the upper limit sensor does not switch on before the pick-up solenoid switches on.
• The paper end sensor switches on during lift and the upper limit sensor does not switch on for 2.5 s, and a message prompts user to reset paper.

At the fusing exit sensor the paper was detected late for three pulse counts (lag error), and SP1159 was on.
This SC only occurs if SP1159 is on, and a jam occurred in the fusing unit for three consecutive sheets of paper. Remove the paper that is jammed in the fusing unit. Then make sure that the fusing unit is clean and has no obstacles in the paper feed path.
569 Fusing pressure release motor error
During copying, the HP sensor could not detect the actuator, tried again 3 times and could not detect.
